      I had my 1st LD last night, But how do I stay lucid?HELP

      HEY GUYS,
      I had my 1st LD last night, But how do I stay lucid? my dream ended after about a minute when i realised when i was dreaming, is this normal? any ideas?

      Also, rubbing your hands together is supposed to help. The key is to focus your thoughts and senses on the dream itself, NOT your physical body or waking life.
