      help on lucidity please?

well, a long while ago i tried lucid dreams too, it didn`t come out well, whenever i had a lucid dream my thoughts went to "dont think of anything scary" and because i thought of that i summoned something scary in less then a second and wake up terrified...

now years later i am getting lucid dreams again slowly, i`m excited to try that out again, but i am kinda afraid that i`ll have the problem again to think of stuff i dont want to think about, does someone have any tips?

I wouldn't think that if you thought about something scary that it would appear, especially if you didnt want it to. My advice would be just to go with the flow, and do whatever somes to mind first. If you think of anything scary, turn into superman or something

Anyway, youve got to be pretty good at LDing to make something happen at all. By the time your that experianced, you wont be afraid of the thought of something like that happening.8)

At least thats what I think. I'm not that experianced myself(), but I have tried to make something happen in an LD, and it didn't work. Correct me if I'm wrong

      Hello the black megaman.

My advice would be to link these scary thoughts/images to other, less significant things. Such as seeing a ghost, you could link the ghost to, say, a chair. When you think of a ghost (or the scary thing in your dream) immediately try to link it with a chair (or something) in my experience, linking things to other, less significant things helps.
