For the past few weeks I've been having trouble remembering my dreams when trying to do MILD and WBTB. So I had a bit of popcorn the last two nights and enjoyed a peaceful sleep.
I've had the best dream recall I've had in a while, remembering one long dream the first night and three long dreams last night. Why is it? Am I concentrating too much on my goal? Sometimes I wake up after each dream for about a minute, reflect on it, then fall back to sleep. I'd like to know how I can get both dream recall and lucidity attempts to work together. 'Cause every time I try, they go back and forth.
