      HI??

      would this be an example of HI? i have had 12 lucids now but this is the first one where i think i had HI before entering it...i was just laying htere and really random things kept popping up in my head and it would be like a mini dream because i would still be concious...and i was going in and out of SP..so was this HI?

      dreams are real while they last, what more can be said about life??

      Sounds like HI - all the irrational thoughts and images that segway into a dream. But I've never experienced SP with mine.

      I get those all the time. I often start feeling heavy when they come on but not really SP.

      yea not exactly SP but heavy like you say..it helped me get lucid tho
