Sleep Disorders Glossary

Hello,

As I was browsing the web today, I came across a very informative web site called sleep disorders guide. In my point of view they have kept each and every term of sleep disorders in the glossary section. I hope this will be helpful to the forum members.

Hey Chris - thanks for the link. Even though this is primarily a lucid dreaming forum, there are many who end up here while searching for answers to their sleeping disorders. Some might find it helpful.

Interesting how they list nightmares and night terrors as a sleeping disorder. I kind of think it's more of a mental disorder that effects sleep - since those are caused by emotional trauma rather than physical condition.

Maybe it's just me....but I'm thinking Chris_3503 is either -

A: A paid employee/rep. for some drug/pharm. company.
B: A computer program that sends out the same post each month.
C: A passive-aggressive amnesic insomniac.

Know what, I just looked up the IP address (feel like such a cyber cop

) and only one of the previous addresses he used was located --- it was somewhere in India!

I don't recall seeing any other posts by him, but checking his profile makes me wonder the same thing. I'll report this to the rest of the staff and see if maybe it's an issue. (content is still valid though

)
