      LD's MP3

      Hey I've been reading about these LD Mp3 but i can's seem to understand what they are. I understand that they help you get LD's am I right? Can anyone explain this to me please and can anyone also tell me where to get the files?

      I believe what you're looking for are audio tracks from the Monroe Institute that employ a process called "hemi sync". The validity of the science behind it seems slightly suspiscious, but it might work and it certainly worth a try. Other hemi sync audio tracks have been produced by various parties for all sorts of self-hypnosis purposes, like losing weight, quitting smoking, rapid learning, etc. Many P2P or torrent networks have such audio files, so you can at least try them out and see if they work or not.
