Falling upside down to increase realism?

Could someone explain how you do this technique? I've seen it mentioned a number of times in the Lucid Experiences forum.

      Thanks,
      -Jonathan.

the technique used to stay in a lucid if it is fading is as simple as it sounds. simply go limp and fall forwards, or backwards, or jump up and try to land on your head

this is essentially the same technique as spinning, which is also used by some to increase realism, some to change scenes, and some to stay in a dream if it is fading..

unless you are referring to a variation i have never heard of..

yeah once I was dream-flying while lucid, but it started to fade, then I kinda accidentally crash landed on my face and had a brown-out basically, and thought I was gonna wake up any second BUT when I lifted my head up, I was in a whole new dreamscape that was so beautiful and vivid, and still lucid

so yeah, try anything: look at your hands, slap yourself in the face, run into a brick wall, whatever works
