      Vitamin B-50 Question

Alright heres the story, all weekend i have been wanting to go out and get some B-6 because everyone says ts great for LD and its the " magic" vitamin. So i ask my mom if i can go out and get some and she says " why " and i said becuase i want it for lucid dreaming...well she didnt take that very well. she says " what is with you and all the paranormal, psychic, freakish crap?!!? and i said it's not crap its been tested in labarotories and stuff. but she refused to go out and buy it for me but luckily my mom is a health nut. So she just happened to have some vitamin B-50. So i asked her and she said i could try it for this week and if it worked she would buy B-6 for me. So...i am going to try vitamin B-50 tonight with a WILD. tis vitamin B-50 contains many things one of them being vitamin B-6 ( 50mg ). I have a couple of questions.
      1. Is 50Mg enough?
      2. do any of the other ingrediants counter-act on it or have some sort of other affect, desired or undesired?

      Ingredients
Per Tablet: Thiamin 50 mg (Vitamin B-1) (as Thiamin Mononitrate); Riboflavin 50 mg (Vitamin B-2); Niacin 50 mg (as Niacinamide); Vitamin B-6 50 mg (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride); Folic Acid 400 mcg; Vitamin B-12 50 mcg (as Cyanocobalamin); Biotin (as d-Biotin) 50 mcg; Pantothenic Acid 50 mg (as d-Calcium Pantothenate); Calcium 80 mg; Proprietary Blend 50 mg (Inositol; Choline Bitartrate; PABA [Para-Aminobenzoic Acid]; Alfalfa; Watercress; Parsley; Soy Lecithin; Rice Bran); Dicalcium Phosphate; Cellulose (Plant Origin); Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose; Vegetable Stearic Acid; Cellulose Coating; Silica; Vegetable Magnesium Stearate; Mannitol; Maltodextrin

I googled "lucid dream b50" and came up with this:

Vitamin B1 and B6 at high dosages (200mg max daily) combined with a normal B complex (B-50 or B-100) gives vivid dreams and you remember more clearly after wakeing up.[/b]
I'm not sure how effective it will be alone, but it's worth a shot. Tell us how it goes.

It's not, at least, not in the same quantities. To get 100mg of b6, you'd probably have to eat an entire banana tree. (Do they grow on trees? No... plants, rite? Or bushes? Like... tree-ish bushes? )

Just a warning though: If you're gonna take b1 and b6 in those quantities, DONT take it daily over long periods of time. Try to restrict it to like, a couple of times a week rather than every day... yah...

From the reports I've read people generally take 100 mg of B6, but some are content with the effects from 50 mg (50 mg seems to make my dreams more vivid- hasnt helped me with recall tho ), also the B12 in there may add to the effect so one may well be enough to help. If you feel hot and get a prickly sensation on your skin thats from the niacin, whether it happens with 1 depends on how sensative you are- taking 2 or 3 pills would produce the sensation in most folks (I just mention it so you dont freak )

The banana "tree" is classified as an herb, a big tree-ish looking herb
