yeah, as the title says, I'm having a few problems WILDing. I've gotten to the sleep paralysis stage, put after that i usually blank out. i usually try when im first going to sleep, or during a nap. I also haven't seen HI or anything. just... black..... Any tips on remaining consience or anything? Any input welcomed! |

That's the opposite problem I had when I first tried a WILD yesterday. I made it a ways into the relaxation stage, I was starting to see pretty vivid patters, etc. But I couldn't get any more relaxed than that! My only suggestion, if I am qualified in any way to give one from my failed attempt, is to use breathing techniques to slow your pulse. Once I started transition coming on, I got so hyped up that I got fully awake, and ended up just losing an hour of sleep. Good luck! |

well i've started to wake up in the middle og the night (5 hours after sleeping) and i've been having a bit of diffuculty staying concious. any tips? |
