First a pre-requisit for WILDS is sleep first.

The 2nd pre-requisit is for your body to be awake enough you don't have to concentrate much more to read.

For keeping consciousness, there are a number of things you can try. First try leaving your PC on in the background and focussing on the fan noise. You can focus on your breathing or imagine a peaceful, plain situation like sitting on a raft in the middle of the ocean.

That's the opposite problem I had when I first tried a WILD yesterday. I made it a ways into the relaxation stage, I was starting to see pretty vivid patters, etc. But I couldn't get any more relaxed than that! My only suggestion, if I am qualified in any way to give one from my failed attempt, is to use breathing techniques to slow your pulse. Once I started transition coming on, I got so hyped up that I got fully awake, and ended up just losing an hour of sleep. Good luck!

      yeah i do...
Get out of bed.. drink some water...think about lucid dreaming..
      and go back to bed.
Because when you wake up and lay down again you don't wake up fully..

About the WILD problems you where having
As soon as you feel your SP relax..dont freek out..when you cant move your body start thinking..
I will enter a Lucid dream, I will enter a Lucid dream...it works for me.
