      It depends on your level of control. If you have enough control then yes, you can decide either to change the dream or to actually wake yourself up. There are many ways to do this, it just depends on the person. The main aspect is simply believing that you will wake up and forcing this to happen. Higher levels of control can come with practice.

      I think certain aspects will always be created from somewhere in the ID
      creatin an apple in your hand and tasting it's colour is one thing
      creating an entire landscape and interaction with people from scratch is another
      depnds on control
