      Hyper-Realistic FA

Last night I had a perfectly realistic FA, which felt exactly like real life. Here it is:
I wake up, and am in bed. It is about 6:20 AM, and the room I am sleeping in is decently lit. I take my DJ off its shelf, and start writing down the draems I remember. It looks exactly as it should, with notes on a dream I put in from yesterday still there. I write in one dream, and put quick notes for another. I am putting notes down for a third when...

...I wake up for real, and don't remember any of the dreams I wrote, just that I worte them down. What really happened was that I woke up at about 6:10, and drifted back to sleep after a few minutes. Then, ten minutes later I had a basically anomaly free FA, where I truly believed I was awake, and started DJing. This FA was so perfectly real feeling, I even heard my dad walking upstairs, and was worrying that it might already be time to wake up and my dad will come down, so I won't have time to finish.[/b]
When I woke up from this FA, other than knowing that this time I was actualy awake, as I did a reality check, everything looked/sounded EXACTLY the same as in the FA. Can anyone explain how this might have happened, as it was pretty weird.

I'm not sure about how everything looked the same, I'm not an expert! But, I can take a guess.

It could have been because you woke up, therefore when you fell back asleep your mind would have refreshed of all the information of your normal morning routine. Additionally, you might have run it through your mind before you drifted back to sleep. Such as:

"Oh I’ll go get my DJ in a minute, let's just rest, hopefully my dad won't tell me to hurry up, I really want to get this DJ done!" Or something similar to this. This is when you drifted off before you could even open your eyes!

Additionally, the sounds could’ve been because you actually heard the external sounds of your father walking up the stairs etc.

I find this entirely fascinating, a very realistic dream, fabulous! I hope anyone with further knowledge can open more doors into the reason of this bizarre dream.

Haha that's funny. That remind me of something that I usually do on school days that really pisses me off. I wake up for about a minute, and then drift off into a dream where I am getting up, getting dressed, etc etc. And then I say to myself...that wasn't so hard....and then i wake up for real back in bed, 2 minutes later, and the process repeats like at least 5 times. lol
