      SP to dreaming

      this morning i tried to WILD. after waking up i relaxed and all, and i got into SP. i was in SP for at least 30 minutes. and i couldn't transfer into dream. like, i would have short 10 second "dreams", but no more. any techniques/advice on how to transfer from sleep paralysis to dreaming? thank you!

      hmm alright, advice... advice... i have been in a similar experience one time.... did you try and move? were you really in sleep paralysis? dude i sat there and thought i was seeing dreams but i was just makin them up in my head and i thought i was paralyzed until i moved.... if you havent read exploring the world of lucid dreaming by stephen laberge then you need to, im sure theres an answer in there.

      thank you! i was planning on going to the library soon to see if they had any of his books. anyway, i was pretty paralized. i tried to move my arms and there was heavy resistance, so i beleive it was sp. thanks for your input
