      Teaching Lucid Dreaming.

      Hi, I'm new here.

      I was wondering, since I've been doing it (about a week now), I can confidently call my self a natural. However this is useless to me at the moment. My girlfriend wishes me to teach her how to Lucid dream, and seeing as how I did not exactly "learn" myself, I find this a problem.

      So could any of you offer tips on how to teach her?

      This book is a FANTASTIC guide and has been A HUGE help to me and my Lucid Dreaming journey. You better buy it because it is a wonderful thing for anyone interested to have.

      A "natural" is someone who can LD without having been taught. So if that's your case then yes, you're a natural

      As for teaching your friend, I'd advise just getting as much information as you can. There's a ton here at DV, especially on the main page itself. If you want, you can print some of that out and give it to her.... or you could invite her here? In the case of LDing, experience itself can be one of the best teachers, so just tell her how you've managed to realize that you were dreaming, what you noticed or what seemed odd to you. Include how it felt and what you were able to do.

      Also, if you have any specific questions, just let us know. We'd be glad to help you and her out. But we're always happy to have another member here
