      First, if you get ??????????'s instead of russian text, download a program called AppLocale. Search on google.

      Second, if you don't understand the russian instructions, it won't help you. It's not some magical hypnosis program, it just help with reality checks, but at such intensity that you get LD's a lot.

      As for VPC, no clue. I dual boot with Linux, so if I ever need to run windows programs, I use XP. *shrug*.

      How to use:

      It is pure Suggestion.

      so set up your own program in which you drill yourself in Lucid Dreaming Goals 8 times each day. that will work also.

      But any program which sets aside a good deal of time for Suggestion will have its results.

      Here, try this one... get a digital watch with a timer and set it for 20 minute intervals, to beep every 20 minutes for the entire day. And every time it beeps, go over your Lucid Dreaming Check List. Hmmmmmmm, if you let it run for 12 hours, and 20 minute intervals mean that it will go three times each hour -- that figures out to 36 times you have gone over your Lucid Dreaming Checklist.

      That is bound to have an effect on one's subliminal motivations.

      Нормальный, градиент 33%, градиент спектрум, шрифт курсив, вспышки, расширенный набор, концентрация внимания

      6. Начать просмотр в этом режиме. Важные моменты при просмотре:
      а) все внимание на тексте, смотреть лучше в центр экрана
      б) стараться уловить, что написано в проскакивающих строчках, вряд ли вам это удастся, но нужно продолжать стараться
      в) периодически внимание будет уплывать, нужно возвращать его назад к тексту
      г) стараться ни о чем не думать, т.к. внимание будет уплывать на мысли
      д) постоянно следить, чтобы внимание оставалось на тексте и ни на чем другом

      7. После окончания просмотра переключить в режим Экстрим, градиент 50% и просмотреть еще раз. Можно вместо Экстрима включить режим Продвинутый, скорость 40-50, количество 400, действует еще эффективнее.

      8. После окончания просмотра закрыть программу и открыть файл ToRead.txt.

      9. Прочитать текст в файле вслух с выражением 6-7 раз. Если нет возможности читать вслух, то читать 6-7 раз про себя (не так эффективно). Важные моменты при чтении текста:
      а) осознавать, что читаешь, т.е. читать не просто бездумно, а представлять себе действие или вопрос в тексте.
      б) читать с интонациями (вопросы с вопросительной, команды с побудительной и т.д.)
      в) при чтении можно про себя отвечать на вопросы (например Моя цель? - осознать себя во сне и т.д.)
      г) думать о чем-либо еще во время чтения, либо развивать темы вопросов в тексте не нужно

      10. После того как зачитали файл, открываем Winamp c плэйлистом из записанных 6-7 файлов + файл из дистрибутива, ставим режим Shuffle (произвольный порядок воспроизведения) и запускаем прослушивание.

      11. Слушаем установки 6-7 раз. Громкость звука не ставить слишком тихой, лучше использовать наушники. При прослушивании правила такие же, как и при чтении, т.е. все осознаем, ни о чем не думаем, предельное внимание и т.д.

      12. Пункты 5-11 считаем за один сеанс работы с программой.

      13. В день нужно выполнять минимум 3-4 таких сеанса.

      14. От частоты сеансов зависит как скоро произойдет первое осознание во сне. У меня произошло через 2 недели после использования в режиме 7-8 сеансов в день. Так что в режиме 3-4 сеанса нужно, вероятно, не меньше месяца.

      15. Перед сном нужно выполнить один сеанс, потом открываем файл Gra1.jpg или файл Baker1.jpg из архива tosee.rar. Открывать нужно в любой программе, которая умеет показывать на полный экран. Смотрим минут 5 в центр экрана, ни о чем не думаем, ловим визуальные глюки (а они будут обязательно), потом идем спать. Данное упражнение тоже очень эффективно (сны более яркие становятся).


      16. Для увеличения эффективности можно просматривать 3 раза вместо 2х, т.е. один раз режим Нормальный 33% градиент, 2ой раз режим Экстрим 50% градиент, 3ий раз режим Продвинутый скорость 50 к/c, 400, градиент 50%.

      17. Регулярно чередуем градиент в программе (Огненный Шар или Спектрум).

      18. Можно менять цвет и начертание шрифта в Windows с каждым просмотром, действует эффективнее на подсознание.

      19. Через 40-50 сеансов программа начинает выгружаться при запуске сеанса. Для исправления этого нужно запустить файлы fixbug1.reg и fixbug2.reg (есть в комплекте программы на сайте http://mindinstaller.nm.ru)

      20. Не ждите быстрого прогресса с этой программой. Подсознанию нужно время, чтобы усвоить установки. С другой стороны программа действует медленно, но верно. Через несколько недель использования это чувствуется очень ясно.

      I have 100% lucid dreams. There's no "method" or magic pill for it.

      Whatever method you use have wlilful intent and faith and sooner or later LDing will be habit for you.

      With that being said, here are some tricks to get you lucid dreaming at 100% faster.

      1.) Dedicate a whole lucid dream to making sure you remember that dream and making sure that every night you have a lucid dream.
      Which means
      a.)actually saying those affirmations while you sleep.
      b.) Creating people and characters and telling them to appear in every one of your dreams to remind you that you are dreaming.
      c.) Will you universe into understanding that every night you will have a lucid dream.
      d.) Use basically every single lucid dream trick you know into making sure you havea lucid dream every night.

      3.) hypnosis, affirmations, self-hypnosis, general trance work, binary beats.

      Boom.

      Furthermore their are methods that do indeed ancor those feeling and eomtions of willful intent and better put it in your mind with less work.

      But it's quite a bit more effective than looking at the watch a hundred times a day. Simply because the program is built that way. The phrases literally work on your subconsciousness, while with the watch, to have a similar effect, you need several months of intense every-day training. This is simply faster, working on the same principle.

      Here I disagree. It seems you go into LD's with the sole purpose of having more LD's. Where you're in a dream, do something, man! Don't waste the time for anything except maintaining consciousness.[/b]

      That's an extremely old technique. Lucid dreams are not habitual for me.


      I am saying to those who have not yet achieved a lucid dream dedicating 1 lucid dream to having lucid dreams so that you can have them EVERY NIGHT instead of once in a blue moon simply makes sense.

      Most people have one a week or something. Instead use that 1 to make sure you stay in this state every night and then have one every night afterwards. It just makes sense.

      I agree that some techniques are simply easier than others. But in the end regardless of hwo esay a technique is you won't get 100% lucidity without dedication, awareness, belief, and focus.

      Somebody PLEASE translate this program into english. I think I'd do all the techniques for 2 hours a day, sure. It's going to be summer anyway, I have nothing but time.

      If you have so much time, you can do this:


      Write down about 10 - 20 phrases with content like,

      Where am I?

      Why am I doing this?

      Who is this?

      Turn around.

      Try to fly.

      Who am I talking to?

      This is not reality!

      It's a dream!

      I WILL remember it!

      I am the best!


      ..etc. Record them on a mike. Then, about 9 times a day, read the phrases out loud about 6-7 times. Listen as often.

      It's practically the same thing, although without the program. I should think it would work pretty well. Might take a few weeks longer without the program, but should produce the same results.


      Program or no program, the trick here is not to do 2 hours on a stretch, but rather 2 hours over the day, stretching it out as much as you can, doing it as often as you can.


      Still WAY more effective than dream signs, looking at your hands every few minutes (gets really annoying), dream journals (though you still need them if you want to remember your LD's .

      It doesn't seem like we have to actually answer the questions that we make up. E.g. If doing it with the software, we would never be able to answer the question,

      'Who am I talking to?'

      So it's really all about simply getting the question into our dreams. Is this correct?
