So I've got this ability - but what do I call this stuff?

The thing is, I can have lucid dreams, and do have them about four times a week. In them, I maintain control of my environment. I can create, destroy, reshape, etc. But, I've always done all of this on my own. I really don't have any familiarity with the terminology, or even the different levels of lucid dreaming (I assume there are levels, right? I mean, I've felt myself take enormous leaps from what seem like near lucid stages, to lucid stages, to lucid stages where I command some sort of control, etc.) I guess what I'm saying is, there's a lot of information, and I have no idea where to start. Anyone care to offer some advice?

I would call it good the way it is. The more you play with shit the more it stinks If it's not broke , don't fix it. To become familiar with your experiences and the terminology that is great. This could help you explain your abilities to others and perhaps understand them better yourself. But it seems to me like you have it down so I would not change anything. Unless you are acquiring a deeper aspect or realm of your subconscious. This is another ball game.
