      Question...

      i have this friend and she have trouble sleeping.. can anyone tell me why is that she cant sleep?.. and also what she should do to make her self goto sleep.. ?


      i would really appriciate it thanks

      and oh when she does goto sleep( for atleast and hour or so..).. she have scarey dreams.. and all..

      i've never had it to that extent, but i do have trouble sleeping sometimes. i used to just close my eyes and look at the back of my eyelids... i'd concentrate on that and i'd eventually go to sleep. sorry if that didn't help... the best thing is to just relax and don't think about your day.

      Yea tell her to try and relax and clear her mind. Maybe try repeating "dreams are not real and can not hurt me" or something before going to sleep.
