Raised By Seeker!!!
that sounds kind-of (if not totally) like it was describing reality checks. |

Have a WONDERFUL day, and when you're done, have a GREAT night's sleep. (and i hope you still think im as cute as a button)
Do you have this book? It sounds pretty interesting... |

If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...
that is totally factual. what you do during the day is just as important as the techniques you try at night/early morning. i do it all the time, i am constantly looking at my hands during the day, asking myself 'is this a dream?' and just doing stuff to raise my awareness like really focusing on any objects or scenery. sounds like an interesting book |
|
yeh guess its true....but most ppl dont have time to dedicate alot of the day training awareness.....mine is usually at night that i focus |
|
Sometimes I test reality during the day. |
|
Nah, it's not necessary to do conscious training during the day. You can merely "marginalize" whatever happens to you, meaning that you can critique what's going on around you and dismiss them as not central to you. Sort of like realizing that nothing is not as bad or good as you think they might be. Which is why Buddhists will say "Every day is a fine day." |
|
yeah i sorat know where u guys are coming from..although im not really up to the stage yet where i can question my surroundings to be real and so forth..felling trapped and so on.......... |
