I read that book about two years ago. It is kind of a biographical account of the things exercises Don Juan had Carlos perform during his lucid dreams.

From what I get in the book, Carlos was lucid most of the time.
Began simple enough, then Don had him begin to exercise more control, interact with dream characters, recognize bad spirits.

      Interesting read.

Ive just read a couple of reading in my religious(drug) studies. There was a couple of chapters from casatenda's perspective, sounded like quite an experience. He had been recalling characters in his mind (consciously) which would involuntary put him to sleep... weird I thought this was some form of lucidity, is it possible to go lucid through some form of meditation?
      Where is my mind?
