      my first LD

      hey guys, it's my first post! i have been trying to have lucid dreams for awhile now and have had some succes but never been fully lucid befor. in the past i have had a little bit of controll of my dreams and i thought that they were full LD's. but last night i was dreaming and i just suddenly thought, am i dreaming, is this real? then everything became sharper and more realistic. i had complete control. i ran around, did some matrix jumps and also made one of my friends apear, but they soon wnet. i tried to fly but didnt have much succes. i could only do very high jumps. i am so happy at this new level of control hopefully there will be more of this to come

      Well done and congrats on your LD! Did you use a certain technique or did you just suddenly realise you were dreaming?

      I'd like to know because I only have LD's by chance / accident and I want to find a technique that I can use to LD 4+ times a week!

      no real technique. but i keep a dream journal and do regular reality checks. i also thought about LD's just before i went to sleep
