      How Often Do You Lucid Dream?

      I was just wondering, since I'm a Newbie, How often everyone has lucid dreams?

      I can't LD at will yet... yet being the key word hehe! I have had 3 since I joined Dream Views. I have fun with them whenever they come to me. I hope to find a method for regular LD's that works for me soon!

      6 times in 3 months. I have had about 5 before knowing what they were, so thats 11 in 17 years.

      My average has slipped a little lately(now about 3 a week). It was about 3.5 times a week, but in the past month, I've just been averaging 1 a week. (must be stress)

      I am not consistant. Sometimes I will have as many as 5 a week or 3 in one night. Sometimes, I will go two weeks without one.

      Recognizing dream signs is the way I most often become lucid. However, I am getting better with MILD and have had one WILD.

      I am in a dry spell as of now, but for a while I was having about 3 or 4 a week...

      Haven't had one in about a week and a half...
      If I hadn't made me
      I'd be more inclined to bow
      Powers that be would have swallowed me up
      But that's more than I can allow...

      About once a week. I still can't have them at will since I'm not always "given" a favorable setting for where I'd naturally do a reality check and be able to realize I'm dreaming.

      i just realized on days i get to sleep in, I have a lucid dream about 1/3 of the time... it's spring break and i've had 3 in 5 days... (all of which were at a low level of clarity and only lasted 2 mins after i found out i was dreaming)
