Thread: When I try to LD on command i can't

Almost every LD i ever had was natural, when i try to actually tell myself i am going to dream before i go to bed it never works. The only time iv had any success with a manufactured LD was after under going sleep paralysis than realizing that i was about to enter REM which meant i would be dreaming, but usually i get freaked out from being paralyzed and wake up, just as my natural reaction to want to move.
