Yeah, I've seen that site before. Waste of money if you ask me. All it is is a few supplements and minerals which have not been shown to help lucid dreaming, packaged in a bottle with lots of advertising. The ONLY thing of real use in the ingredients list is the Melatonin, which helps sleep but not necessarily dreaming. And if you want that, you can get it over the counter much, much cheaper at your local pharmacy.

A general tip: this site, and similar sites, which make a whole bunch of stupid claims and testimonials, are hardly better than scams.

Well, looking at the ingredients page, it says it contains, amongst other chemicals:

      50mg Vitamin B5
      0.5mg Melatonin

Melatonin is presumably good for lucid dreaming/dream vividness, but it's B6 that's usually known for it's effect on dreams.

As for the other ingredients, they include the plant extract (in the form of Galantamine) which seems to be used in lots of dreaming pills.

So, yes, I'd say those pills probably would be good for your dreams, at least in increasing dream vividness, and might even help in lucid dreaming. They are expensive though...

Ah, forgot to mention. Although galantamine is used in lots of dream pills, I didn't see any real evidence for it being good for dreaming. And like The Blue Meanie said, it's true that you'd probably get a much better deal just buying B6 or melatonin supplements at a pharmacy.

Plus, half a milligram of melatonin won't help you sleep much. For some people, that's enough, but I need at least 6 mg to put me to sleep, and the average dose is in the 2-3mg area.
