Well, whenever I try to WILD or even just go to sleep for that matter, the problem that most of you have heard before among noobies comes up with me - swallowing. Now it's getting slowly better, as in I am getting more and more control over the situation, but what are anyones methods, if any, to stop this persistant problem? |

Back in black!
I've never really noticed before, but I have almost the oposite problem. Whenever I try to WILD, it seems to increase the awareness that either I'm thirsty/hunger/or my mouth gets dry. I just keep a bottle of water by my bed and takes swigs when I wake up to record dreams. |
