For me it's lying on my stomach. I usually get to sleep within a few minutes. I only sleep on my left side or my stomach. I rarely sleep on my back.

Well, for me it's a variety of ways. Sometimes I will get to sleep real quick on my side. Other times, I will lay on my back (best for lucids ).

I'd say that most of the time I sleep on my back, though. But when I'm just not feeling well, I'll switch to my side or stomach.

I usually fall asleep fastest on my stomach. Second fastest is on my side with my legs bent at the waist.

Two pillows stacked on one another. Lying on my right.
I get to sleep in about 1-5 minutes like this.

When i'm extremely fatigued i sleep on my stomach, and this induces instant sleep.

When i'm WILD'ing i lay on my back.

I can't sleep facing left, but usually either wake up facing this way or on my back.

At night I always sleep on my side. Can't fall asleep on my back.

During the day sometimes on my stomach, lying on my arms, which is surprisingly comfortable. Until I wake up and my arms hurt or have fallen asleep.

For me it's on my side with arm under my pillow, but it's individual.
Currently practicing WILD. I quote Kaniaz who said it best: "The point of WILD is to piss me off". Though, I have not given up, far from it.

One side or the other, but if I'm relaxing myself or reverse blinking, then on my back.

For me, it's on either of my sides. Rarely do I ever sleep on my back or stomach.

I can fall asleep in practically any position. On back or right side is preferred though. I hate sleeping on my front.

Usually left or right, I start on my right side for a few minutes then I go onto my left to sleep. No matter what side I sleep on, I always wake on my back though.

I'd say upside down, or holding your breath. I'm not sure about upside down, but I assume that you would eventually pass out because of the blood rushing to your head. And same with holding your breath, you will eventually pass out.

Did you just make this today? Because on my google personalized home page, "http://www.wikihow.com/Build-Self-Confidence" was one of the random wiki-hows listed. Hopefully you can offer some new advice on your site so it stands out from the 9999999 self-improvement sites around. Try to say more than "Your [sic] a loser if you dont have self confidence, and to have self confidence you have to be confident in yourself."

I prefer lying on the side - both right and left is ok. And I sometimes lie on my back.

For me it's going to bed when I'm tired. I usually fall asleep pretty fast regardless of orientation.
