For an ExampleYou are happily married although you have fantacies from time to time about other people. Would it be helpful to fulfill those fantacies in a dream to offset the desire in waking life?
Some would argue - well your not happily married. I'm not so sure about that. I think it is healthy to have fantacies if you know where to draw the line.
Thats just an example. (punching out your boss - blowing up your car etc.)
