K to start off, I used to be really into LDing, even had a minor LD once, but i recently heard about the hypnosis files stuff and how it can help you LD and ive been trying that (i think its working okay). Anyways, yesterday i fell down the stairs and MIGHT HAVE broken my foot(havent got it X-rayed yet) and I'm wondering, can i help this heal faster through lucid dreaming? I read somewhere that people have helped cuts and like flesh wound style things faster through Lucid dreaming by making "magic bandages" or etc etc. Now, I haven't heard of anyone healing bone wounds or etc faster, but im wondering if its possible, and if so how? I figured if i can get pretty lucid i'd just create a magic pill or a super healing cast etc etc.

      Thanks.

I think most people would say that it isn't possible but I think you should try it yourself before believing what other people say. Once in a while there are some strange things that dreams can do and I have heard stories of people that are aching and then they get healed in their LD.

I know for sure that you can heal yourslef in some instances through Lucid Dreaming. Just the other night, my foot was hurting me because it got so tense and i think i have a pinched nerve in it too. I woke up feeling the pain and i went back to bed with it, and in my dream i looked down at my feet. I saw that on the foot that was hurting, my shoe was too small so it was crushing my foot. So I figured that maby if I took the small shoe off my foot would feel better. I took it off and in the dream my foot felt fine. I woke up shortly after that and the pain was gone.
