A dream character keeps popping up again and again in my dreams. Their gender and clothing changes but they always, always have blonde hair and act as a guide or helper. The character is what most people on the forums would call a "Dream Guide". Cool, I envy you... I have no recurring characters in my dreams, lucid or otherwise. I personally believe that such a dream guide is a sort of representation of the part of your sub-conscious that realises you are dreaming on some sub-cobnscious levell....

Does this character pop up in non-lucids, lucids, or both, most frequently?

So far, only in non-lucids. However I did encounter someone like them during a meditation excercise.
