Hiya guys, I've been kinda worried about things lately and have been quite stressed out-could this affect my lucid dreaming?

Any thoughts would be most appriciated- thanx

Only if you allow yourself to be concerned about it.

As a way to counter this I would suggest looking at lucidity as a relaxation, a fun past-time and solution for the stress of the waking life. That way you'll be looking forward to it and it will manifest itself that much more often. ^_^

Yes, stress can affect dreaming, just like it can affect pretty much any aspect of your life. But as Merlock said, it's the way you handle stress that really matters, not the stress itself.
