If Only I Found About Lucidity

If researched about lucidity and joined this forum 3 days before then when I did (August 13th), I'd have the perfect dream to become lucid. It was a dream about having a dream!! I was in my bed and i awoke to this throbbing pain behind my knee and it lasted for like 5 min, and so i "woke up", only to find i was in another dream (I guess you can consider this as a false awakening) So again, I was in my bed but beside this normal looking spider that I was soo terrified of. (I'm not usually afraid of spiders). This part only lasted for a couple seconds, but my adrenaline woke me up for real. If I knew bout RC's and lucidity in general I swear I could've became lucid! Damn it!

Yeah, that's a shame. I wish i'd learned more about lucidity earlier as well. Because I used to have spontanious LD's when I was a kid, but I didn't really do much more than explore "dream scenes" as I didn't know back then what it was possible to do in an LD.
