I heard one guy wrote "you are dreaming" on his hand before he went to bed (didn't look at it too), and then in his dream he saw what he wrote.

So i tried this> i wrote I am dreaming on the palm of my hand 2 nights ago. The first night it didnt work. I still had it on my hand all yesterday and i saw it everytime i looked at my hand. Then last night i had 2 very short lucids but that was a break through because i had been on a dry spell for 2 months
