hey! i read about sleep paralysis a while ago and now ive had it a couple of times! people always say they are scared while its happening, but i thought it was cool, and time for experimentation. it is weird, because i have had it three times now, and its only when i am taking a nap at daytime... but what i think is the weirdest part is that when i try to move, i guess i am still partly dreaming, because i can feel my arms and stuff moving, but since my eyes are open i can see my arms and legs and they arent moving. it feels very strange! |

"A knight is sworn to valor.
His heart knows only virtue.
His blade defends the helpless.
His might upholds the weak.
His word speaks only truth.
His wrath undoes the wicked."
Impossible is only that which has yet to be imagined
Are you sure your having sleep paralysis? Usually your not able to move your body at all for a bit... maybe it's only partial for you, I dunno. |

"Do you believe in Karma?"
"Sutra? YOU BET!"
the thing is, my real body wasnt moving at all, i just thought it felt like it because i was still half dreaming... but i could see my real body, and it wasnt moving! |

You where looking down on yourself? You could of been having an OBE caused by your paralysis. |

the same thing happens to me, yeah you kinda get use to it after a while. next time you get it try to move your toungue. its the only thing i can move while im in sleep paralisis. |
|
no, its not like i was outside my body looking at myself, i was looking down at my body from my eyes. like looking down at my arms and stuff, you know |

yeah, the purpose of sleep paralysis is so you dont actually move around and stuff while you are asleep, you are not meant to wake up during it, but it happens. |
