I am just curious to see if anyone has done this before. IF your psychoactive state has already been changed by these drugs then I'm sure if you could attain lucidity while under the influence it would make for some wild dreams. |

The dream is real, my friends. The failure to realize it is the only unreality.

I posted none. I will drink a little, but that is as far as my chemical use goes. |

you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

I prefer to have natural lucid dreams. with my natural, conscious mind, without the aid of any drugs. |

Ignorant bliss is an oxymoron; but so is miserable truth.
Psychoactives have the power to induce LD like experiences. But it's almost impossible to control them. If your mind receives minimum sensory input, you will not go in a dream all the way. |

That sounds reasonable. You usually don't have much control over your thoughts when tripping out. |

Yeah, I am not experienced enough yet to have a lucid dream while intoxicated. The drugs, be it alcohol or marijuana in my case, cause me to lose focus and make it difficult to do the MILD technique to prepare myself. |

sorry to dig this one up guys, but I was wondering if anyone has attained psychoactives under the influence of LD's? |

Where is my mind?
So what you're asking is if we have ever found any drugs in our dreams and used them while lucid? I cant imagine anything that you would ingest while dreaming could cause halucinations IN your dreams, but psychologically having known what the effects of the drugs are you could possibly get effects from using "dream drugs". |

Well the reason im asking is that I had a dream the other night. It was just before I woke up, and I realised everything looked really clear and sharp. I met up with an old friend of mine and he said, "have some cannibus gum" so I had some, and for some reason I felt really stoned, mostly my body, and my head felt unstable. That was kinda weird since its my first account of feeling in my dreams. I have never gone lucid so it might have a different effect since your conscious. But I was thinking about it and pondering if you can expand your creativeness by going deeper into your dreams. Im just looking at ways to take advantage of your dreams to have the edge in reality, so it might be possible to do something crazy to have a greater understanding. |

I smoked pot one night before going to bed and I still was able to lucid dream but it the effects were probably worn off by then. (I mostly become lucid later in the morning before I wake up.) Now I read somewhere that marijauana usage in general decreases REM. I have noticed that I have had less dreams but I think its more because I don't get enough sleep. Who knows though. |
