      Scratched myself in a dream

Last night, I remember I had a dream where I had a very intense itching.
And when i woke up to day, I noticed that I had scratched myself when I was sleeping. That was sore....
So, is it anything I could do to avoid scratching when I sleeps?
      Are you dreaming?

You might of had a really bad itch so scratched it then your mind just repeated it in the dream. If it only happened once I wouldn't worry, I bet its just some random thing. If it happens more often then that might be a problem.

uhhhh....if that happens alot then I would suggest doing a reality check when ever you get an itch? that way if it's a dream you can just wake yourself up.

thats just about the worse advice ever! lol, do a reality check yeah but dont wake yourself up, stop scratching so your body stops scratching itself, and then have a cool lucid dream!!!

Well everyone is right. If it was only that one night then don't worry about it. If it continues on and you think it is annoying you could use it as a RC.

how about this thread is stupid, the problem is stupid, the solutions are stupid, and I have no idea why this is even a conversation.
