Thread: Lucid Dream In 30 Days... Anyone Else Try This Book?

yesterday i went to my near by bookstore and picked up a copy of Lucid dream in 30 days.
I completed 3 days of work in 1 night, because i woke up multiple times, each time remembering my dreams and reading a little of it. Seems to work well so far, Remembering my dreams is something i have much difficulty doing...

has anyone here read this book and gotten good results?

Well, all I needed was this forum. It got me to LDing in a week or so.
I'm going to buy Laberges book though, they say it's good and a must have.

same. i had never heard about LDs before about 10-11 days ago and i've been active on this forum ever since them. i had my first lucid dream ever yesterday!

who wrote it? keith harary (i think that is how it is spelled) and some reporter... he explains everything very well and gives you proven techniques... they work most definatly so far, i may skip some pages though.

When I first got into lucid dreams this was the only book I could get my hands on (looked everywhere for EWLD). I had my first lucid dream the 3rd night. The tecniques in this book are very reliable (IMO) if you want quick succsess.

the first night i got through 3 exercises.

What pages should i read in your opinion?

Read it all!!! The more you enforce all these thoughts about LDs, the quicker your success will come!

yea i also have this book. I bought it after I'd had my 1st LD though, so the whole schedule thing annoyed me a bit since I already had pretty good recall. I also got "Explore the World of Lucid Dreaming" by Stephen LaBerge, which is much better. Though it doesn't do a day by day schedule, it gives you the methods so that you can choose which one to try, from meditation to WILDs to MILDs to Lotus and Flame technique. LaBerge's book is a lot longer, but keep on reading it - it is rewarding.
