When I first got into lucid dreams this was the only book I could get my hands on (looked everywhere for EWLD). I had my first lucid dream the 3rd night. The tecniques in this book are very reliable (IMO) if you want quick succsess. |

Read it all!!! The more you enforce all these thoughts about LDs, the quicker your success will come! |

yea i also have this book. I bought it after I'd had my 1st LD though, so the whole schedule thing annoyed me a bit since I already had pretty good recall. I also got "Explore the World of Lucid Dreaming" by Stephen LaBerge, which is much better. Though it doesn't do a day by day schedule, it gives you the methods so that you can choose which one to try, from meditation to WILDs to MILDs to Lotus and Flame technique. LaBerge's book is a lot longer, but keep on reading it - it is rewarding. |
