First off, I decided not to put this in the nightmares/recurring dreams forum for a reason, but if the mods must move this, that's okay I guess.

I've had this dream two or three times, and I've always been lucid throughout the dream, each time. I've never had this dream when I haven't been lucid. And, it's not a dream-sign. I have low level lucidity... I'm aware that it's a dream, but the dream borders on a day-dream - I always seem to get the dream a few minutes before I wake. Like, it's a "surfacing" dream... does that make sense?

Anyway, here's what happens:

In the dream, I'm in a city, or residential area, and I'm jumping. They're just small jumps at first, but then they become massive leaps, sort of like I'm on a super-trampoline. I'm almost flying up and down, and I get higher and higher, and the higher I go the more stuff I can see. It feels really cool, it's like a drug. The dream never "goes" anywhere. I just jump higher and higher, and air rushes into my lungs, and then I wake. It's almost as if I'm "jumping" out of the dream. And when I reach the highest point of the highest jump, I wake up. Not suddenly, but slowly.

Is there such a thing as recurring lucids? And if so, why might I be getting these? Has anyone had similar experiences? Particularly with the jumping, super-trampoline type of deam...?
