      does sleeping on back increase my chances of lucidity? because when i sleep on my back i can actually feel goosebumps going down my body when i dream.

      There's a post somewhere on the board that mentions the Monks sleeping on their right side for greater chances of lucidity.

      I think your sleeping position has a lot to do with the way you dream, and I'm not really sure, but it might be different for everyone. I think that as long as you sleep in a different position than what you would normally sleep in, you will have a higher chance of becoming lucid. For instance, when I sleep on my stomach, I become too comfortable because I am used to sleeping like that, but when I sleep onmy back, I am able to become lucid much easier.

      thats a great explanation, If I ever get stiff from lying on my back and turn to my side, im knocked unconscious
