I went to bed, took a 100mg B6 pill..and i "woke up"..but i think it might have been a false awakening because when i "woke up" the lights were on,but i know i went to bed with the lights off..anyways..when i "woke up" i checked my clock and sorta just passed out..it was weird....oh well.

If it was a false awakening it would've been cool for you to do a reality check. You may have been semi-lucid. Were you pretty sure that you did leave the light off? Try and do some RC's next time you find something out of place like that. You have the technique to capture Lucidity and you may be closer to it than you realize...Good Luck!

I've gotten into the habit of doing an RC every time I wake up even if I'm possitive I'm not dreaming. That way I'll never be fooled by a FA. Just thought I'd share.

That's a cool idea! I'll have to start doing that.

Cheers to the almost-lucid! Almost there!

i think the only way you would know, were the lights on when you woke up after? of course not otherwise you wouldn't be saying it.
