I have been having a lot of lucid dreams lately (at least for me) but whenever I do I always get this dizzy feeling in my mind and body and it's extremely hard to focus on controlling the dream. |

I also had a dizzy feeling my last Lucid. I was so dizzy I actually had a hard time walking while in my Lucid dream. I tried spinning, rubbing my hands, and even saying ''Increase clarity now!'' |

Sounds like the experience I get when I'm starting to wake up, but I guess if you're having it all the way through, you could try taking an 'anti-dizzy pill' in the dream! |

"Your unsuited for the rage of war so pack up, go home, your through.
How could I, make a man, out of you!"
Are you sure you are dizzy 'during' the dream. Or is this something you recall from the dream as you think of it when awake? Usually a dream seems like its unclear, foggy when you think about it when awake. But during sleep it might have been just as clear as it can be. |
