I have been having a lot of lucid dreams lately (at least for me) but whenever I do I always get this dizzy feeling in my mind and body and it's extremely hard to focus on controlling the dream.

Does anyone know how to make this go away?

I also had a dizzy feeling my last Lucid. I was so dizzy I actually had a hard time walking while in my Lucid dream. I tried spinning, rubbing my hands, and even saying ''Increase clarity now!''
I dont know if thats what your Supposed to do while experiencing dizzyness, but it didnt seem to help me at all.

Sounds like the experience I get when I'm starting to wake up, but I guess if you're having it all the way through, you could try taking an 'anti-dizzy pill' in the dream!

Are you sure you are dizzy 'during' the dream. Or is this something you recall from the dream as you think of it when awake? Usually a dream seems like its unclear, foggy when you think about it when awake. But during sleep it might have been just as clear as it can be.

This has something to do with your brain not being in the same state as it is during sleep (has to do with brainwaves). So when you think about the dream, it might seem foggy as I said. Try to remember it when you are getting tired or when you are laying back on the sofa after a long and hard day it might just seem more natural then.

However if this occurs during the dream, and you have written it down in your journals etc. It might happen because you know it does, and you have no other option. If you are afraid that the dizziness will come during your dreams, then it will. Just make sure you focus, and imagine something clear like the autumn air, or ice. Also looking at your palms helps.
