      Recently I have been having lucid dreams. But often, I cant do anything special. I can't fly, I can't teleport. I dont have any supernatural powers that I would normally Have, Im just regular me. Except lucid in a dream.

      How do I get my supernatural powers back?

      This may not be the answer you're looking for, but have you tried doing other things? There are lots of things to explore in lucid dreams that require no special powers. Talk to dream characters, explore cities, or go make friends with the monster in your closet. Or almost anything else. If you stop trying so hard to use dream-powers, you may find that they come naturally when the need arises.

      There's so much more to LDs than powers, but it so often gets overlooked. If thats not your thing, good luck finding your powers again.

      You could just be having a dry spell in control caused by stress or a change in sleeping hours.

      Just stay positive and hopefully it comes back soon.
