so i am just wondering about how many of you people of have read Lebarges book Exploring the world of Lucid dreaming or something like that and have actually followed the steps that he tells you to. not just trying the different techniques but doing what you are supposed to before you actually try them. like you were supposed to practice doing like a billion reality checks for a week before you even attempt a mild. let me know what you think.

I might be wrong but I don't remember the book saying you HAVE to do all the steps. I thought it was more of a general out line. Anyway just reading the book helped me start having lucid dreams.

I read it from beginning to end, following the steps. Course, I was already lucid dreaming before picking up the book, however, it did increase the frequency of my LDs.
