Thread: Post Your Meeting With Your Dreamguide Here

i met my dream guide along time ago, he looked like magnaangemon from the digimon series and he came out of me and told me to free these people while he fought off this opressor guy...and i got this mentle brainwave from him in my dream that he was my dream guide...

I haven't talked to my dream guide yet and haven't even lucid dreampt (although I might have but can't remember it). But I think some good dream guide people would be Yoda or the guy from the cancelled show Dead Like Me. I think his name was Rube.

My experience would be described as very short. I turned lucid in the catwalk of my house on the 2nd floor and went through the nearest door with the intention of meeting my dreamguide. When I walked in, I didn't see my parent's bedroom, but rather a white room with an African American man (I'm guessing in his 20's?) with and orange hat. I asked him "Are you my DreamGuide?" and he simply nodded. After that, I can't remember anymore. In my memory, it just seems to fade out after he answers.

Unfortunatly, this was my 3rd Lucid Dream, and my dream recall was not perfect so this is (at the moment) all I can remember. I can only remember the distinguishing characteristics about him

I met my dream guide a few weeks ago. I became lucid and jumped into a river when I climbed out there was a girl with me. When I looked closer I couldn't tell if it was a boy or a girl. It was beautiful and young maybe about 12. In my dream I thought of her as my Twin and it wasn't until she started showing up in other dreams lucid and non that I realized she was my guide or at least a link to what I am searching for in my dreams. She still hasn’t spoken to me, I’m not sure if she ever will, but I feel something very strong while she is around.

Very inspiring... It all make me even more interested in meeting my DG

I had one dream in the early part of 2006 in which I'm not sure if it was lucid and if it was, I had very little control. But in the dream, my "mission" was to find my dream guide. I ended up jumpig through the ceiling at one point and ending up in a barren wasteland all alone calling out for my dreamguide. Eventually I saw something walking in the distance (it was a blue armor guy from the video game Halo 2) and then he was gone. After a while, I woke up.

But one dream that really interested me and I really just think this was just a dream character. After my first lucid dream, I focused on learning to jump through walls and flying. After a couple of me in my room failing to jump through my wall, I decided in the next one to just close my eyes (which you really shouldn't do in LD's) and just run as fast as I can at it. It worked and I ended up flying above the clouds. Here is the paragraph from the topic I made back in April about it.

As I sped through the sky, I was coming up to another flying figure. It was a snowy white creature that when I caught up to, it stopped and starred at me in a hover-like position as did I. When I was writing this down in my journal, I knew I probably should have tried to speak to it and ask what it was. But in the dream after staring at it, I decided to change its appearance into an eagle. (Eagles = greatness = what I would want to be in my next life). This worked for about 5 seconds but it then changed back into its original apperance by itself. After a few more seconds of staring in awe, the dream ended. [/b]

And here's the picture of it. I really wish I could've seen it again. It was amazing. I tried my best to draw it when I woke up that morning.

Um... what exactly is a dreamguide? Could someone PM me about it?
