Wait a second... I just went semi-Lucid on my first try?

Two nights ago a friend of mind informed me about Lucid dreams, and I remembered having an occasionaly dream throughout the years that I knew I was dreaming. So that night after finding this site, I attempted to have a lucid dream, and I believe I did. I was fully aware that I was dreaming, but I was not anywhere near concious enough to do anything about it. I have read people take a long time to become lucid in a dream. I have also remembered at least some of my dreams from the last two nights with just saying "I want to remember my dream tonight"

This seems like an adventurous new world, I have something to look forward too going to bed tonight. any comments?
