my friend walked in to her moms room while she was sleeping and her mom siad "dont leave adam west, uhumina uhumina uhumina" say was like mom what did you say and she said "uhumina uhumina uhumina!!!"

i once heard a story from a friend of a friend about her father roommate in collage who talked in his sleep.when her father was up at night he heard him say"DONT TOUCH MY SOCKS!!!" and when he left the room he heard "or my underwear..."

Hahah, not at all stupid. Quite hilareous what some people say in their sleep and though I can't really recall anything in particular right now, it's still curious that people of age seem to be more prone to talking while asleep and such compared to those younger.

Heh heh, I've talked in my sleep many times. The most notable thing I've done is called my bf by someone else's name a few times as he's draped his arm over me.

Once, as I strolled past my sister's room in the middle of the night, all I heard was... HE'S INSANE IN THE MEMBRANE... INSANE IN THE BRAIN! followed by incomprehensible muttering. I peeked in and she was sound asleep, even snoring slightly. I tried my damnest not to laugh. I told her the next morning and she didn't believe me. Said she didn't even know that song and blushed like crazy.

When I lived with a friend of mine, she fell asleep on the couch one night. I'd was about 2 am or so when I fianlly turned off the tv. As I walked back across the dark living room she suddenly yelled "GOOD MORNING VIETNAM! at the top of her lungs. Nearly jumped out of my skin. Started laughing and made my way to bed. She didn't believe it when I told her what happened the next morning either.

Everyone claims to not talk in their sleep when you tell them that they did. Wonder why?

      Hahaha! That's hilarious.
      Anyway.
I recall one night in which I heard someone muttering and walking outside my door. I opened my door, looked through a crack, and saw my sister outside, holding a glass pot and muttering incomprehensibly. She walked into our bathroom, sat down in the shower and started moving her hands as if she was cooking something, her tone of voice changing to one of a cook on the Food network. (She watches it a lot, don't know why) I couldn't hold it in anymore; I laughed so hard that I woke everyone else up. My sister didn't believe us, even though she woke up in the middle of the shower.

      This thread is hilarious!
One time I was sleeping over at my best friend's house. In the morning she told me that, in the middle of the night, I sat up and looked right at her and said, "Brittney, don't freak out, but there may be a chipmunk in here." Another time we were sleeping in her basement and in the morning she told me that I got up in the night and started calling her name sounding very worried. She asked me what was wrong and I asked her, "What happened to the lights??" She told me it was nighttime and that it was time to go to sleep (like a child&#33 and I said, "okay," and lay back down. I will never understand...

Apparently you can have conversations with me when i'm talking my sleep...
I've also woken myself up talking, thinking my boyfriend is beside me and he isn't.

I was walking past my brother's room the other night, when I hear him call out something, and originally I thought he was awake, so I said 'Chris are you talking to me?' and he said 'oh so he's hiding now...' I thought he might have been on the phone and repeated what I said, and he replied 'Gary, whoever it was is hiding now...' My name is Gary by the way, lol. I wonder if I was in his dream anyway or whether he heard my voice and it incoporated me into his dream?

Oh my god, my boyfriend talks in his sleep and it's soooooo funny.

A lot of the time it's about work stuff. Like he'll just yell out, "We don't take American Express!"

Sometimes I take part in the conversation and then realize that we're not actually talking because I'll ask a question based on what he's said and he'll reply with something completely ridiculous. It's hilarious.

      LOL
I woke up once having onversation with the wall. I thought it was my friend.

One time when I was younger my mom said she heard me say "Oh goodie goodie gum drop"

One time I woke my dad up to ask where something was and he said "It's in the woodpecker!"

I once woke up brother's fiance saying "Mom, Mom I need help" (I was sleep walking) It was kind ofembarrasing

When people talk in their sleep it reminds me of the random things that DCs say. Here are a bunch of funny things that DCs said: http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/inde...howtopic=26513

One time at a friend's sleepover, one of my friends kept poking me, and I apparentley got out of my sleeping bag and started yelling "Don't,don't,don't, i'm sorry, i'm sorry,i'm sorry, sorry, sorry" and I just got back into the sleeping bag.

The next morning, my friends told me what happened. They also said it was pretty freaky for them, but funny afterwards. Grrrrrrrrrr......

i have a good one. one night when i was around 12 years old, i went upstairs to get ready for bed, after i had brushed my teeth, i went into my room, which i shared with my little brother. I got under the covers and looked across the room just as my little brother, who had been asleep for about an hour, got out of his bed, turned around, and faced the bed. I asked "what are you doing?" but he just stood there with his eyes closed, swaying ever so slightly. I asked him again, this time a little louder, "what are you doing?" he did nothing for several seconds. He muttered something i couldn't understand, then proceeded to drop his pants, take aim, and piss all over his bed. In shock i yelled to my dad in the other room, "DAD!! HE"S PEEING!!!" moments later my dad bursts through the door, and with a look of horror, grabs my brother from behind and carries him out of the room, through the hall, and into the bathroom leaving a trail of stinky piss all through the house. He got to the toilet just as he finished up. After that we just left him standing next to the toilet with his eyes closed, still asleep while my dad cleaned up the mess. Then we put him back to bed and didn't remember a thing the next day.

      ROFL!!!

My ex talked in her sleep like crazy. She randomly thanked me and apologized to me in her sleep several times. I remember one time we were lying in bed, and she took a big breath like she was about to sing or something, and then she let out this really long string of just utter nonsense. It wasn't even real words, it was just totally random syllables strung together in one massive breath. It kinda freaked me out.

Also one time she woke up from a dream that apparently I had been in, only she still thought she was in the dream. We were lying in bed, when suddenly she asks me some totally random question. I don't even remember what the question was. I was just like "........what???" And so she asked again. I was so completely confused, and the question was so weird, that all I manage again was "um...... what???" Then she got an annoyed tone in her voice and was like "Nevermind!" There was a few seconds of silence, then she suddenly turns back around and says, "Oh wait, I guess that was just a dream, because we were in a bunk bed..."

My hubby plays Battlefield 2 on his PC with surround sound and teamspeak and gets completely engrossed in the game.

Sometimes in his sleep, he'll say stuff like, "roger that," and "chopper in the sky," or whatever.

      Good thread

      "ENEMY BOAT SPOTTED!"
      "SNIPERS ON OUR PERMITER!"
"WATCH FOR CHARLIE IN THE TREES!"
      "NO SARGE! DON'T GO!"
      "AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
      ... I hope I don't do that. I played BF2 a lot today.

The other night, I went to bed before my hubby but I couldn't fall asleep. I was still laying there awake when he came to bed. I thought he had fallen asleep because he usually falls asleep a lot quicker than me.

Then he started elbowing me and telling me to stop.
      "Stop what?" I asked.
He said, "You were just giggling and laughing really laughing really loud!"
"No I wasn't! YOU were!!" I said back, completely confused. "I've been awake this whole time!"
"No you weren't! You were just laughing really loud and woke me up!" he said.

I could've sworn I was awake the whole time - it was the weirdest thing!

lol this is not a stupid post, its awsome!

One time when I was having a sleep over with two of my friends. After a while one stood up and asked me if I would like some water. I replied yes and got up. Before we left the room my other friend says, "I would like a milkshake. And if you have the time can you get me a hamburger?" We looked at him in surprise until we realised he was sleeping. We got the water but were laughing too hard to drink it.

One time a friend of mine was at my house with me and my cusin. He stands up opens the door and goes:
"come on joe lets go! come on!" (joe is my cusin) joe asks "where we going?" and my friend replied, "I dont know..." and lays back down without closeing the door.
