Hey, I've been lucid only twice, and both time I've never been able to keep control-
Probably because I never have a solid idea of what my plan is- they always feel unexpected, even if I had expected to do so before I fell asleep...

Anyway, inspired by NBC's awesome show "Heroes", I now have that solid idea-
I'm gonna be a super hero!

The way I see it, I can kill 2 birds with one stone-
If I think about being a Super Hero all day, and TRY to do something "super", then not only is this habitual thought going to carry over into my dreams, but it can also serve as a reality check!

Got a quick question I think you pro lucers can answer:
What's the best way to remember something?
Do you remember more by thinking it, saying it, seeing it, or feeling it?
I could think about being able to fly, or tell myself that I can go through a wall, or pretend that I'm seeing myself creating fire out of my fingers, or I could try and feel invisible?

Something along those lines, you know?
