      Hey everyone,

Well i haven't 'tried' lucid dreaming for ages.

Ive thought about it alot, but ive never really had a proper lucid dream, So i couldn't be assed.

Few days ago, i was asleep, and somehow got woke up at 8:00am.

So anyway, i went back to sleep.

I then got woke up again by something, but when i woke up, i knew i had a dream.

So anyway, i went back to sleep again, but this team i "Watched" the blackness in my eyes, and it was really strange.

      I was in the dream.

      Is this WILD?

I don't know, but i just looked out for the dream and there it was.

I did this 5 or 6 times in the morning and it all worked.

Could you please answer this and The other thing i don't really understand is this

I could control my dreams, but it wasn't like in 1st person hand view.

I could only remember what i did AFTER the dream had happened and i woke up.

Is it possible to actual be there, like in REAL LIFE, you can see everything from your own eyes "live".

      And the other thing is:

I couldn't change from one scene to another.

      It was strange.

I couldn't do what i wanted, i remember trying to get somewhere but i couldnt.

I tried everything, including walking through doors etc.

Or am i just talking bullshit?

      Thanks,

      -Jono

What you did does indeed sound like a WILD - going straight into a dream from an awake state, without losing awareness.

It seems strange that you experienced the dream as a memory, rather than directly. I've always actually been in my dreams, and remembering them without experiencing them seems unusual to me. So to answer your question, it is possible to actually "be there."

Difficulty controlling your dreams entirely is quite normal. Even those with many lucid dreams under their belt can have difficutly getting everything to go the way they want it to. It takes practice and a few tricks to get good control, and a lot depends on the individual, and even on your current mental state. Sometimes I'll have a dream where I can do almost anything, and other times it's all I can do to excercise my own free will.
Well life is short, so love the one ya' got, 'cause you might get run over or you might get shot.
