id say about 75% of the bad dreams(kinda nightmare not so bad) or just in bad situations im able to shake my head and wake up its not that i really realise that i am just dreaming but i somehow know that i can stop if im in a bad dream if i shake my head

i cant tell if im shaking my head in real life or in the dream but it helped alot when i had nightmares in my later childhood


can anyone else do this ?
