Ever had those shadows that move across the walls in the corner of your eyes? Well, those are what I am talking about. Ever since I started practicing lucid dreaming, I have gradually seen more of them. Now, I am seeing a frightening amount, like say... everytime you go around a corner, open your eyes, etc... Does this have anything to do with lucid dreaming? What does this mean... if it means anything? And is it a bad thing (I am assuming so...)

Lot's of people seem to have these. One person had one that followed him around. He did nothing and it eventually went away. Often it seems to be to do with lack of sleep and/or insecurity. How much sleep dyou get on a normal night?

I don't usually keep track of that... about 6-8 hours a night I am guessing

The best thing to do is say to yourself i dont care when your mind comes across that subject again. Sooner or later your subconscious will stop noticing and problem will be solved.

I've been Lucid Dreaming all my life and I never recalled anything like that. I have to agree with Lord Toaster in wondering about the amount of sleep you are getting. It seems like Hypno Imergy due to lack of sleep but you seem to be getting enough sleep. When do you see the shadows? Early during the day middle of the day, before you sleep at night? It's really bizzare.

heh, I have not been keeping track of that either... as I recall, its mostly when I get home from school or after I finish watching a movie in the evening...

I made an interesting observation of the shadows... They all seem to go toward my bedroom, as if it wants me to go in there... I have also seen only one shadow in the bedroom, and it seemed to just stay still, then disappear. Maybe it wants me to go in there so I can sleep more

I also just saw one while I was on my bed. Since it was nearly pitch black, it appeared more white than the usual shadow color... It seemed to be in the middle of the air instead of on a wall, and it was infront of my closet and the shadow could be the size of a head... This was at the corner of my eye again, but this time I was ready for it.

Hi Merilon.. you should read "The Active Side of Infinity" by Carlos Castaneda for another take on your "shadows"..
