I had 5 Ld's since I stopped trying to get them. Ive had 2 ld's one night, last week, and 3 this night one after anther. It seems that I have learned to DILD, where I am just automatically able to go back into the dream without doing anything, even up to 3 times a night. The dreams are usually vivid, and I usually have a lot of control. I am wondering, though, how is that possible? I have learned to DILD, without doing anything at all. I dont even WBTB, no dream journal, no rc's. Is it possible that I will contiune to have 1-2 ld's a week without doing nothing?

It's possible that you're the one of the luckiest creatures on this board.

It's also possible that some of us will hunt you down and kick your ass out of envy.

      Kidding.

      Maybe.

Everyone is different. If you find something that works stick to it. If it eventually stops working (as in my case) try learn a new way to LD.

Sometimes this happens to people who are trying waaaay too hard. They simply decide to stop trying for a while, then bam! They start having LD's like crazy.
      You lucky bum.

I would start recording them and concentrate on it again, otherwise it will probably stop. I wish this would happen to me

Yeah I record the ld's obviously, but it is so hard for me to get back, just because I wasnt getting any results, and therefore I lost motivation.

It has happened to me, too. Having break and not being stressed about LD is very essential.

Experiencing uncommon problems is a way to debunk inaccurate theories and find the truth.

Lucky you! This is proof that trying too hard can be counterproductive.

Don't be sad though if they do go away. Often LDs will come in spurts...and then you might have a dry spell for a bit. But they always come back.

      Congrats
