i was reading a forum how melatonin can increase vividness in dreams and also act as a LD aid.
      as the same with B6.

as i was looking through my bathroom closet i cam across acetaminophen. which also says it's a sleep aid.
would anyone know if this would produce the same effects as melatonin?

If it's a sleep aid it would most likely stop you from dreaming

but melatonin is also labeled as a sleep aid. and that has been discussed in previous posts as an LD enhancer and creates more vivid dreams.

Acetaminophen is also known as tylenol. My guess is that it is labeled as a sleep aid because it is a general analgesic (ie, pain relieving drug). I'm unaware of any properties of tylenol that would really enhance dreaming or aid in lucid dreaming, but I'm far from an expert. As far as I know, it would only really be useful if you have some sort of painful condition that makes going to sleep difficult.
